When you pledge
Your card is charged the moment you pledge. The pledge counts towards the round only if the payment was confirmed before the round's deadline.
If the round is funded
Your pledge stays with PowerHub and becomes part of the creator's AI budget: 90% goes to the budget, 10% is PowerHub's fee. Funded pledges are not refundable, because the budget is spent on API access on the creator's behalf.
If the round is not funded
The full amount of every pledge is returned to your PowerHub wallet, usually within an hour of the deadline. You can use your wallet balance to back another round at any time.
Getting money back to your card
You can ask for a refund of any wallet money that came from a card payment. We refund the amount minus the exact payment-processing fee we paid on that charge; the payment processor does not return that fee to us. Refunds go only to the original card and only to the person who asks. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Disputes
If you open a chargeback with your bank, the related wallet money is held until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first; it is faster for everyone.
